Vanilla With Chai Smoothie – Every Heard Of It ?

VANILLA CHAI SMOOTHIE

Preparation Time: 5 minutes Makes: 1 servings 

1 cup 2% Milk
1/4 cup Vanilla Ice Cream
2 Tbsp Unflavered Whey Protein Concentrate
1 & 1/2 tsp Instant Tea, unsweetened
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Ground Allspice
4 Ice Cubes

Directions:

1. Place att ingredients into blender container, cover and mix until smooth.
2. Serve immediately.

Note: Sweetener can be added if desired.
