L-arginine is an amino acid(building block of protein) that is produced naturally in the human body, It is most commonly used by fitness experts for enhanced training performance, higher energy and overcoming muscle fatigue. Arginine increases the concentration of nitric oxide, which is developed by the endothelium of the blood vessels.

• Taking more than 10 gm (10,000 mg) of arginine at once can result in gastrointestinal distress and diarrhea
• For best results, consult a dietitian/ certified gym trainer.
• Not to be taken in combination with increased blood pressure, blood clotting, and heart medicine.
