- 1 cup 2% Milk
1/4 cup Vanilla Ice Cream
2 Tbsp Unflavoured Whey Protein Concentrate
1 & 1/2 tsp Instant Tea, unsweetened
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Ground Allspice
4 Ice Cubes - Directions:
- Place att ingredients into the blender container, cover, and mix until smooth.
